As a high street retailer, Currys PC World was struggling to connect online with their consumer during the Coronavirus pandemic. To combat this, we launched and brought to life the innovative ShopLive platform: a personal shopping service connecting customers with its store colleagues via video link, to help consumers get the products they need safely from the comfort of their own homes; plus experience an informative and enjoyable shopping experience during COVID and beyond.

THE conversation we created

From proactive outreach to national and trade media to developing a celebrity partnership with celebrity DJ, Chris Moyles to take over ShopLive video shopping service for one day, to promote online shopping options to consumers, we amplified and drove awareness for the launch of the service.
