PROFILE
You will be a central player in driving forward both the agency and growing the Corporate & B2B division, reporting to Managing Director. A senior operator, passionate about delivering best in class client work for exciting UK and Global organisations. This leadership role involves partnering with the Managing Director and Head of Growth to develop a growth strategy, as well as leading best practice client servicing, growing existing clients and winning new business.
EXPERTISE/SKILLS
PR communications expert who has worked for household names leading corporate reputation programmes, B2B programmes and government campaigns. Experience of working with listed and / or international companies would be an advantage
Appetite to split time between both hands-on client consulting, where senior counsel is required, alongside leading and driving the portfolio growth within the agency (i.e. This is a client-first role for someone passionate about the work)
Strategic mindset – able to provide clients and internal teams with effective counsel on strategic direction for PR activity
Excellent creative strategy skills – able to autonomously develop strategic direction from gathering and analysing audience, brand and cultural insights, leading to a creative brief to guide the development of outstanding work
Experienced in narrative development, leadership & senior stakeholder communications, media relations, owned channel content management and development
Extensive B2B and corporate media landscape knowledge with a network of contacts in the UK, and ideally wider international experience/ contacts
Experienced in delivering media training and coaching up to CEO level
Proven track record in issues and crisis management
Excellent client management skills – able to handle delicate and confidential information and resolve conflict situations (including with internal client stakeholders)
Thinks outside of the confines of earned channels, with an integrated outlook and experience in managing PR within / integrated marketing campaigns
Understands social media and influencer marketing and how to integrate with PR campaign activity
An understanding of how to track and evaluate holistic campaign impact across paid, owned and earned channels
Experience of internal comms and employee engagement would be an advantage
